GPT, Claude, and Gemini models that crush ARC-AGI at 95%+ completely fail when given a real business to run. @skyfallai built a powerful agent interface for Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 to test true artificial business intelligence. They challenged GPT-5.4, Gemini 3.1 Pro, and Claude Opus 4.6 with the same task: Start with a blank map and £30,000 budget. Build and manage the most profitable theme park possible in 3 in-game years. Using a recursive REPL agent with persistent code execution, sub-agents, and 36 tools, the models had full control. Just like the techniques powering recent benchmark wins. Yet the failures were clear and telling: - Spatial reasoning collapsed: GPT-5.4 built 9 rides and shops, but only 1 was actually accessible to guests. Most had blocked entrances and exits. Gemini hallucinated ride specs and wasted over 80% of the budget. - Purely reactive behavior: Security hired only after vandalism exploded. Mechanics added only after rides hit 100% downtime. No proactive planning or long-term strategy. - Dangerous lack of safety awareness: Claude demolished paths while 54 guests were standing on them, trapped people inside restrooms, ignored errors, and let the park rating crash to zero. Claude performed the best but still ended with a mediocre 582/1000 rating and a declining park value under £50,000. A human fix quickly pushed it above £130,000. This is why ARC-AGI success doesn't equal enterprise readiness. Current LLMs are great at resettable puzzles but lack the world modeling needed for persistent state, irreversible decisions, and real consequences. Skyfall is tackling this head-on by building Enterprise Super Intelligence through better world modeling systems that can simulate outcomes, anticipate risks, and act safely.
